Atmospheric Branding - Graduation Minerva
In my position paper, I looked at different ways that designers can visualize a subject. For these designs, I chose to focus on the ambience of the graphics rather than the literal translation into form. This way of designing I applied to the branding of the music festival Down The Rabbit Hole (concepts)
The palette consists of five colours that are used in gradients, colourful but still recognizable. Circular shapes are leading in the designs and transitions come from the centre, like going through a rabbit hole.
The shapes and colours create this psychedelic feel that the festival has elements of. Most of the designs are animated to make the designs feel more alive and less static, to fit the theme and feel of a music festival.
